If you find your complete order cheaper at another online store, including shipping and handling, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to email us a link to the online store. Your request will need to be verified (see terms and conditions below). If verified, we will price match PLUS issue you a 10% refund of the difference!
Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions:
- This guarantee applies to the total cost of your entire order, including shipping and handling.
- Prices on the competitors’ websites, including shipping and handling must be verifiable online.
- This guarantee does not apply to auction websites.
- If the product(s) being compared are lesser in quality, contain different features/specs/measurements, or come from a different manufacturing source, the price guarantee may not cover these products.
- Covered are competitors’ special offers and discounts found online on the product(s) being compared.
- The product(s) must be in-stock and read to ship from the competitor, at the time of your order from playsystemparts.com
- Playsystemparts.com coupons and other discounts do not qualify for the price guarantee
- If the price of a product found on a competitor website is lower than our actual cost, we have the right to revoke the price guarantee.
Money Back Guarantee
Non-defective Merchandise Returns
- We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all non-custom play system parts and accessories on our website. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you’ve received for any reason, the products are fully refundable except for the actual shipping and handling costs and fees as long as the returned product(s) are returned in unused, new condition. Contact playsystemparts.com via email prior to returning any product(s) for a refund in order to receive specific instructions including your return authorization number (RAN) for the product(s) you plan to return. DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Returns made without obtaining prior authorization accompanied with a RAN shall be returned to sender at Buyer’s expense. Email us at email@example.com for your RAN.
- It will be your responsibility to ship the merchandise to playsystemparts.com at your expense within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please Note: Actual shipping and handling costs and fees will be deducted from the refund amount on return of product(s) that qualified for “free shipping” on the order. The deduction may range from 15% to 20% of the original order cost. For example, if you purchased $100 worth of product and are returning all of it, you will receive a refund of $80 to $85, depending on what playsystemparts.com actually paid to ship your product(s).
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase or 10 days within receipt of the order, whichever is later. All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in the original shipping boxes and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Playsystemparts.com offers a 1-year guarantee against defects from the date of purchase. All products attached to the play system should be stored in a safe, closed area during extreme weather. Coated chains will wear faster than expected when exposed to extreme heat or cold or other extreme weather, causing the chain to break down and fade. Exposure to extreme weather is not covered in the guarantee because it is not considered normal wear. Twisting of the chain should not be allowed because the coating is not made to be twisted and it will cause damage to the coating, as a result. Damage caused by twisting is not considered normal wear and will not be covered by the 1-year guarantee. We require pictures of defected merchandise be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to evaluate and process your request for replacement part(s).
How to Return Merchandise
- Contact us (link to email here) prior to returning any items in order to get the correct warehouse address.
- You must write “playsystemparts.com” on the outside of the shipping box.
- Also, include a copy of your receipt with your return authorization number (RAN) so that we may process your request appropriately.
Order Cancelation and Changes
You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Email us at email@example.com as soon as you discover you need to cancel or make a change. You may not cancel your order once your order has left our docks and has been shipped.
